(MCO2) is a company formed to manage collective investment institutions (Investment Funds), which activity is monitored by Banco de Portugal and by the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM). MCO2 is registered in CMVM under no. 335, since 29 October 2009, and has been given the authority to exercise the management of collective investment institutions, set out in Portuguese Securities Market Code, article 289, no. 1, paragraph c).
